Platinum Home Protection Plus

Our PLATINUM HOME PROTECTION PLUS plan is our Flagship Pest Management Program and is built around four seasonal visits to your home. Our treatments are concentrated around pest entry areas such as windows, doors, shutters, eaves and around steps, porches,
decks, vents, pipes and wires. These are all areas that may attract and offer pests entry to your home. Strategic inspections and treatments in these key areas can stop many infestations before they begin.

With OUR programs, it is no longer necessary to incur the cost and inconvenience of missing work or juggling schedules to accommodate our technician. Our treatments are designed to ensure complete service each and every visit whether you are home or not. If at any time you see pests inside or wish to have the interior serviced, please let us know and we will
be happy to return...free of charge!

PLUS...
The PLUS part of the plan is the installation of monitoring devices specially designed to detect the presence (or absence) of termites near and around your home. These monitors will be inspected a minimum of 3 times per year. If at any time termites are found, we will offer several cost effective treatment options.

Covered pests include: common ants, centipedes, clover mites, earwigs, millipedes, pill bugs, roaches, springtails, silverfish, ground beetles, spiders, food-infesting insects, common bees, wasps, hornets, yellow jackets, rats and mice.

Gold Home Protection

Our GOLD HOME PROTECTION plan is built around four seasonal visits to your home. As with the Platinum Plus plan, our treatments are concentrated around pest entry areas such as windows, doors, shutters, eaves and around steps, porches, decks, vents, pipes and wires. These are all areas that may attract and offer pests entry to your home. Strategic
inspections and treatments in these key areas can stop many infestations before they begin.

Harkins Eco-Friendly Home Protection

Our Eco Friendly Program is built around 4 seasonal visits to your home. We use a variety of mechanical methods for natural pest control including: exclusion techniques, trapping, glue boards and insect-specific baits. We can also integrate organic pest control options using numerous botanical-base insecticides for the interior and exterior of your home. Our botanical products are extremely effective against a broad spectrum of insects and provides both quick knockdown and control with the same effectiveness as traditional chemicals and treatments. Here’s how:

Highly Targeted to Insects ONLY
First, our products have a unique mode of action that targets insects only. That means that our active ingredients will work on insects, and are harmless to mammals, birds and fish.

NO Toxic Residue
Second, all of our products leave no toxic residue and pose no exposure risk. This means that after the pest control is done, our products will not pollute ground water sources with harmful chemical residue.

100% SAFE, All-Natural Ingredients
Third, all of the pesticides use are either food grade and listed on the FDA GRAS ("Generally Regarded as Safe") list or are commonly used in the food and beverage industry (this means they have no adverse effects on living organisms).

Hakins Termite Protection Plan

An annual inspection and warranty for Termites only. ** If Termites are found at anytime during the warranted year we will treat and eliminate the Termites from the areas of infestation. This warranty does not cover any damage caused by Termites, other wood destroying insects or mold.

**If at the time of our initial inspection, termites are found there will be additional cost associated with the elimination of the termites. After the inspection and during the time your home is under the Warranty, there will be no additional charges associated with the elimination of any termites found.
